Paul Smith’s Elephant

London has been overrun with elephants! They are everywhere! And we love this beautiful creative conservation campaign to support the urgent crisis faced by the endangered Asian elephant.

The event sees over 250 brightly painted elephants located all over central London, each decorated by a different artist or celebrity.

Running until July 2010, this is London’s biggest outdoor art event on record - with an estimated audience of 25 million.

All of the elephants will be sold at auction and the project aims to raise £2 million for the Asian elephant and 20 UK conservation charities.

Mini elephants are also available at Selfridges and Greenwich Central Market.
