KLC and Homes & Gardens are inviting readers to take part in a fantastic one-day Create a Summer Container course, held in and inspired by the magnificent surroundings of Hampton Court Palace on 21 May.
The day starts in the KLC Design Studio in Hampton Court Palace followed by a tour of the gardens with horticultural manager Anthony Boulding, who will explain the summer planting schemes and offer a behind-the-scenes tour of the palace nursery.
Visitors will then be shown a demonstration by one of KLC's professional horticultural lecturers on how to plant up a summer container covering everything from the right compost to maintaining the container through the seasons. You will then have the opportunity to plant your own summer container to take away with you at the end of the day.
